It’s almost common sense that sports & exercises make people not only fitter but also healthier. However, only few are willing to take action because of the lack of time, money (or both!), but most importantly the lack of KNOWLEDGE & MOTIVATION.

About Motifition

Our mission is to motivate people to become better and build a more positive life & attitude by working out. At the same time to promote the importance of sport, since we believe sport can change one’s life.
Our founder Felix Choi, is a lifelong gymnast with a degree of education in Physical Education, alongside several professional qualifications in personal training including the rarely-seen “Genetic-Based Trainer”. He has the knowledge & experience, most importantly the passion to help his students to improve and transform themselves. His everyday mission is to motivate his students, even everyone near him to become a better version of themselves. He gives his all in every training or teaching session, and his biggest belief is to deliver this attitude around and show everyone they can be a better person if they want to.

Felix Choi

Being a gymnast from an early age, Felix graduated from the Bachelor of Education (Physical Education) a few years back. However, in order to keep on pursuing the life of a gymnast, he did not become a PE teacher after graduating, yet he chose to become a coach in many fields. 

Because of that background, you can say he has been into sports for almost his entire life. He surely has the knowledge and experience to improve you physically & mentally, also knows the importance of exercises and truly believes sports can change one’s life.
